BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Fourth Street (50 feet wide) at the distance of 125.58 feet measured North 10 degrees 11 minutes East from the Northerly side of Pine Street (50 feet wide); thence along the said side of Fourth Street North 10 degrees 11 minutes East 52.67 feet to a drill hole on Wall, thence extending North 56 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds East 108.60 feet to a pipe on the Westerly side of Apple Street; thence extending along said side of Apple Street South 10 degrees 11 minutes West 93.02 feet to a pipe; thence leaving said Apple Street and extending North 79 degrees 49 minutes West 100 feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
