NOTICE TO BIDDERS: The Chester Upland District, Delaware County, PA, solicits sealed bids for General, Mechanical Plumbing and Electrical Construction Contracts for HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT AT CHESTER HIGH SCHOOL 200 West 9th St., Chester, PA 19013. Sealed proposals will be received by the Chester Upland District, at the Business Office located at 200 West 9th St., Chester, PA 19013 until 2:00 PM, April 6, 2017. The proposals will be publicly open and read at 2:00 PM. All Bids must be sealed and plainly marked on the lower left corner of the envelope, "HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT AT CHESTER HIGH SCHOOL ". Bids must be submitted to the Business Manager, Ms. Karen De Shullo.
Bid Documents produced by the office of Bonnett Associates Incorporated will be available in an electronic format on the Website www.box.com or, by special request, on Compact Disc. The Bid Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders upon completion of the Bidder Registration Form and payment of a nonrefundable fee of $100 in the form of company check or money order made payable to Bonnett Associates Incorporated. Registration forms may be obtained by contacting Rebecca Abel, Office Manager via email at rabel@bonnettassociatesinc.com, via telephone at 610-447-1200 or via fax at 610-447-1229. Construction Documents shall be available for review, without charge, at the offices of Bonnett Associates Incorporated.
The Project site and building will be available for inspection by bidders at a Pre-Bid meeting on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 3:30 PM. Contractors shall report promptly to the District Administration Offices located at Chester High School. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who have not inspected the site and building.
