ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, heredit-aments and appurtenances, Situate in the Borough of Aldan, County of Delaware and State of Pennsylvania, described according to a survey and plan made by Damon and Foster, Civil Engineers, of Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, on July 20, 1939, which said Plan is recorded at Media, Pennsylvania, in the Office of the recording of Deeds in Plan Case No. 4 page 23, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Priscilla Lane (50 feet wide) at the distance of 125.99 feet Southwestwardly from a point of curve on the Southeasterly side of Priscilla Lane, which last mentioned point is at the distance of 173.38 feet measured in a general Southwestwardly direction along the Southeasterly side of Priscilla Lane, on the arc of having a radius of 838.93 feet from a point of compound curve on the Southeasterly side of Priscilla Lane being the radial intersection of the said Southwesterly side of Priscilla Lane with the Westerly side of Pennsylvania Avenue (50 feet wide) thence extending South 51 degrees West along the Southeasterly side of Priscilla Lane 50 feet to a point; thence extending 51 degrees West along the Southeasterly side of Priscilla Lane 50 feet to a point; thence extending South 39 degrees East partly through the center of a certain 7 feet wide driveway laid out between this lot and the lot adjoining to the Southwest 152.66 feet to a point; thence extending North 56 degrees 43 minutes 28 seconds East 50.25 feet to a point; thence extending North 39 degrees West 157.67 feet to the Southeasterly side of Priscilla Lane aforesaid being the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
TOGETHER with the free and common use, right, liberty and privilege of the said 7 feet driveway as and for a driveway, passageway and watercourse in common with the owners, tenants and occupiers of the property adjoining to the West at all times hereafter, forever.
