ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, SITUATE in the Borough of Lansdowne, Delaware County and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and described according to a Plan of Property for Shadeland Homes, Inc., by Damon and Foster, Civil Engineers dated April 1, 1952 and last revised October 5, 1952, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly side of Bryn Mawr Avenue (50 feet wide) at the distance of 60.65 feet measured North 64 degrees, 42 minutes, 13 seconds East along the said side Bryn Mawr Avenue from a point, a corner formed by its intersection (if extended) with the Northeasterly side of Shadeland Avenue (50 feet wide) (if extended); thence from said point of beginning and extending North 64 degrees, 42 minutes, 13 seconds East along the said side of Bryn Mawr Avenue 50 feet to a point; thence leaving the same and extending North 25 degrees, 17 minutes, 47 seconds West 116.56 feet to a point; thence extending South 64 degrees, 47 minutes, 38 seconds West 50 feet to a point; thence extending South 25 degrees, 17 minutes, 47 seconds East 116.64 feet to a point on the Northwesterly side of Bryn Mawr Avenue, being the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
