All that certain piece or parcel or Tract of land situate in the Township of West Norriton, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and being known as 128 North Prospect Avenue, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19403. Title to said premises is vested in Wilbur L. Hubbell and Dorothy M. Hubbell by deed from Whitehall Park, Inc. dated November 9, 1951 and recorded December 7, 1951 in Deed Book 2236, Page 12. The said Wilbur L. Hubbell died on June 19, 2007, thereby vesting title into Dorothy M. Hubbell by operation of law. The said Dorothy M. Hubbell died on November 24, 2015, without a will or appointment of an Administrator
