By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 2015-22348 issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pa., to me directed will be sold at Public Sale on July 26, 2017 at 1:00 o'clock P.M., prevailing time, in Court Room "A" at the Court House, in the Borough of Norristown, said County the following described Real Estate:
ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN lots or pieces of ground, Hereditaments and Appurtanances, SITUATE in the Township of Abington, County of Montgomery and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and described according to a certain plan thereof known as Plan of "Evergreen Manor" made by Weir and Thieme, Civil Engineers, dated July 1923 and revised August 1923, said plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Montgomery County at Norristown, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 782 Page 600, as
