You are hereby notified that Plaintiff, TruMark Financial Credit Union, has filed a Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Phila. County, PA, docketed to No. 161002774, wherein Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on the mortgage secured on the property located, 5964 Newtown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19120, whereupon the property would be sold by the Sheriff of Phila. County.
